Paparazzi or Pepperoni?

A man has agreed to repay Antonio’s pizza parlor in Amherst, Mass., after he walked into the restaurant wearing a Bob Dylan backstage pass and ordered 178 pizzas, saying he’d return in two hours to pick up food for Dylan’s crew. He never came back. Here are other cases where pizza and fame collided:
* Gen. Colin Powell noted that his former Soviet enemy, Mikhail Gorbachev, had appeared in a Pizza Hut commercial. “The former head of the evil empire is selling Pizza Hut,” Powell said. “Is capitalism great or is capitalism great?”
* Basketball star Charles Barkley was such a big eater that he earned the nickname “The Leaning Tower of Pizza.”
* Elvis Presley’s stepbrother, Billy Stanley, served as the singer’s personal assistant, but was no diplomat. As Stanley watched Elvis devour a pizza and start on a second one, he blurted: “Where you gonna put it?” Presley fired him on the spot.
